We're excited to officially announce that Seint will transition to our new Shopify platform on Friday, July 31st, 2026. We feel confident in this date, though as with any big system change, we'll let you know right away if anything shifts.

Most of your Artist experience will remain the same, but there are a few important dates and payout changes to be aware of as we make the switch.

July Qualification Deadline

Beginning Friday, July 31st, all new orders will be placed through our new Shopify platform. To keep monthly qualifications clean during the transition, any orders placed on July 31st will be dated August 1st, and will count toward August qualifications.

This means that to count toward July qualifications, all qualifying orders must be placed by Thursday, July 30th at 11:59pm, MDT.

Weekly Commission Payouts

Since we're transitioning on a Friday, that week's commissions will be split into two payments:

/ Monday through Thursday orders will be paid out from our current platform.
/ Friday through Sunday orders will be paid out from our new Shopify platform.

Both will land in your existing Hyperwallet account just like normal, so there's nothing you need to do.

July Monthly Bonus Commission

Normally, monthly bonus commissions are paid on the 10th of the following month. For July only, we'll be processing this payment early. Your July monthly bonus commission will be paid on Friday, August 7th.

On August 7th, you'll receive:
/ Your Monday–Thursday weekly commission
/ Your Friday–Sunday weekly commission
/ Your July monthly bonus commission

After this transition week, weekly commission payments will return to their normal Friday schedule.

Qualifying Volume (QV)

Alongside the Shopify transition, we're also rolling out a change from Sales Volume (SV) to Qualifying Volume (QV).
