Meet Seint's New CEO
August 08, 2026
We're excited to officially introduce JP McCary as Seint's new Chief Executive Officer. JP brings decades of leadership experience in the beauty industry, having worked with brands including Bobbi Brown, Pat McGrath Labs, Milk Makeup, Divi, and others. Throughout his career, he's been passionate about building brands that create meaningful customer experiences, while supporting the people who bring those brands to life.
What stood out to JP about Seint wasn't just our products. It was our purpose, and you, the Artists.
From the beginning, Seint has been about helping people feel confident in their own skin. That mission is what drew JP to this opportunity, and it's what excites him most about leading Seint into its next chapter.
As he's gotten to know the company, one thing has become even more clear: our Artist community is the heart of Seint.
JP is looking forward to creating an exceptional experience for customers, while listening, learning, and working alongside our Artists as we continue building a brand that supports your personal success.
To help you get to know him a little better, we asked JP a few questions about his background, what brought him to Seint, and what he's most excited about for the future.
JP will be going LIVE in the Seint Artist Affiliates Facebook group on Monday, August 10th at 2pm, MDT, to introduce himself and answer your questions. Be sure to tune in!

Why did you choose to join Seint?
“There were really three things that made Seint stand out to me.
First, was the brand itself and what it has always stood for. There’s something special at the heart of Seint, and I saw an opportunity to build on that and bring renewed energy to it.
Second, was the Artist community. So many brands today are trying to figure out how to build meaningful relationships with affiliates, and Seint already has an incredible community at the center of the business. I see so much opportunity to strengthen that relationship and what we can accomplish together.
And third, was the team. When I came to St. George and met the people behind Seint, I immediately felt at home. There is so much talent here, and I left feeling incredibly excited about what we could build together.”
Tell us about your family.
“My husband and I have been together for 20 years, and married for 15! We have a beautiful 11-year-old son named Luke! He is an absolute blessing, and brings so much joy to our lives. I have never been as exhausted and fulfilled at the same time! Truly blessed."
What attracted you to this opportunity?
“I think Seint has always had a beautiful heart. This was a forward-thinking brand from the beginning, and I see an incredible opportunity to build on that foundation and make Seint a forward-thinking brand for its next chapter, too.
I also believe we’re only at the beginning of what our Artist community partnership can become! Seint is uniquely positioned because that community and partnership already exists. The opportunity now is to strengthen it, amplify it, and find new ways for the brand and our Artists to grow together.”
Are you relocating to Utah?
“Already have! I just moved to St. George, UT (was previously living in New York), a few weeks ago, and am really enjoying it. The people are fantastic. It’s a beautiful place, and I'm excited to find my way around out here!“
Tell us a little about your background.
“For the last 15 years, I’ve served in President, CEO, and executive leadership roles, often joining businesses at an important point in their growth. Sometimes that has meant helping transform a business and return it to meaningful growth. Other times, it has meant putting fuel on a fire that’s already burning strong, and finding ways to accelerate that momentum.
Before moving into executive leadership, my background was in commercial strategy, digital marketing, and brand marketing. I’ve spent much of my career thinking about how great brands grow, how they connect with customers, and how you build the right strategy and team to make that growth meaningful and sustainable.”
What excites you most about Seint?
“What excites me most is the potential. Seint has a brand with a meaningful purpose, an incredibly talented team, and an Artist community that already cares deeply about where this company goes next. And we should always celebrate the strength of Seint’s product–it over-delivers! That combination is powerful.
I don’t see this as starting over. I see it as building on what has always made Seint special, while finding new ways to strengthen the brand, create an exceptional experience for our customers, and amplify what our Artists can do.”
What hobbies do you enjoy in your spare time?
“Movies. Music. Food. Traveling (been to over 50 countries).”
What are you looking forward to building alongside our Artist community?
“I’m looking forward to building a truly collaborative, two-way relationship between our Artist community and brand. We’re all here because we all want to win, and I believe our relationship should reflect that shared goal.
I want us to build a culture where we can be candid with one another, support and respect one another, and keep moving in the same direction. We’re all in the same boat, and we’ll get much further when we’re rowing together.”
Where are you from?
“Born and raised in Northern Florida…and yes, alligators are real. We had one living under our house (that's another story for another day) and it involves our dog…sadly! Join the Facebook LIVE if you want to learn more about that story!”
