We’ve Simplified Returns! We are excited to announce a new and improved return experience- making it easier than ever for your customers to shop with confidence!

Here’s what’s new:

Free Returns: We now offer FREE returns within 30 days of order delivery for all countries: US, CAN + UK.
No More Shade Swaps: Need a different color? Just return the original item for free and place a new order with your correct shade. Easy as that!
Simplified Return Portal: Our return portal now handles returns only- quick, clean, and stress-free. (No more entering credit card info!)
Damaged Item Replacement Requests: If you received a damaged product, reach out to our ASK team with a photo. In most cases, NO MORE returning damaged products.

Important: If your return was submitted before May 2nd, the old return fee still applies. All returns submitted on- or after- May 2nd get the new free return benefit.
