New Returns and Replacements Process

We’re excited to introduce our new returns and replacements process! We’ve created a simple and seamless way for Artists and customers alike to navigate the returns process. Here’s a quick guide to help you through the process:
1/Log In: Access your account and navigate to "Orders".
2/Order Details: Select "Order Details", then click on "Return or Replace Items".
3/Choose Items: Select the item(s) you wish to return or replace, and specify the reason for the return.
4/Return Deadline: At the top of the page, you’ll see the return deadline for your order. Once you click "Continue", you’ll see the available options for each item.
Shade Swap: Certain items are available for a one-time shade swap with a different color in the same category. You will be able to choose the new color from here and a replacement order will be automatically placed for you.
Replacement Items: If an item arrives damaged, you can request a replacement. In this case, a replacement order will be automatically placed for you.
Refunds: If you choose a refund, please return the item(s) by the specified date using the prepaid return label we provide. Your return will appear as "Pending" in your account, and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item(s). The "Pending" status will change to "Shipped" once the refund is processed.
Important: If you select "Shade Swap" or "Replacement", a new order for the replacement item will be placed automatically. Please return the original item(s) by the specified date using the prepaid return label we email you. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the replacement order.
