New Product Promotion Timeline & Guidelines

We have a new product release timeline and guidelines that we want to announce! Below, you will find the new standard timeline for when new products are released. By structuring new product releases this way, we are able to give Artists ample time to purchase, receive, and experience the new items firsthand.

Artist Announcement

/ New product release info available to Artists on Seint Gallery.
/ Product demonstration that evening in Seint Artist Affiliates Facebook (FB) Group.

Day 1 – Artist Release 10AM, MST (5PM, UTC)

/ Artists get early access to purchase new products.
/ Do not promote yet – we are intentionally limiting the promotion window to prevent product fatigue, keep excitement high, and ensure our efforts align with yours.

Day 10 – Artists Can Begin Promoting

/ New products shown as a preview on Seint Official website as “coming soon”.
/ You can now start sharing and promoting the product(s) with your customers.

Important: Please do not share or leak any details, images, or swatches of the new releases before day 10. In the new product release articles, we will be sure to let you know when you are good to start sharing. Unauthorized content shared online may result in disciplinary action. Thank you for helping us keep our launches special for our customers.

Please note that at times, some Artists may share products earlier if they’ve received early access through events, such as reward trips, Reunion, or other exclusive opportunities.

Day 15 – Customer Release 10AM, MST for US, CAN + UK (5PM, UTC)

/ Product launches for customers.
