Important Update: Switching to UTC Timezone
November 26, 2024
As we prepare for global expansion into the UK and beyond, we’re making an important update to our operations to better align with international standards. Starting this month, all end-of-month deadlines will now be based on Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) instead of Central Standard Time (CST).
This change ensures consistency across time zones as we expand into new markets. However, it does mean you’ll need to account for the difference as your customer orders come in on the last day of the month, as UTC may differ significantly from your local time.
What You Need to Know
End-of-Month Deadline: Orders must be placed by 11:59pm UTC on the last day of the month. Use the table below to see how this converts to your local time:

Example
If you are in Mountain Standard Time (MST) and the deadline is 11:59pm, UTC, your local time to finalize orders would be 4:59pm, MST, on the same day.
We understand this is a shift, but it’s an exciting step forward as we work to expand globally. Please plan ahead to ensure all end-of-month items are completed before your local cutoff time.
