HQ Marketing Update: Email Tools + SMS Rolling Out Soon

We wanted to share that we’re rolling out some refreshed marketing tools—including a new SMS and email marketing strategy—designed to better support both Artists and customers. These updates will help keep everyone in the loop, boost engagement, and make it even easier to stay connected. Ultimately, helping to drive awareness and increase orders. We are actively working on rolling out these new features—stay tuned, they’re coming your way in the near future!


Email Marketing

We will be sending strategic email campaigns, including:

  • Promotional/Launch Announcements: Timely updates for new product drops, promos, and campaigns. These emails will continue as they have been.
  • Expiring Loyalty Points: Customers receive three reminder emails—sent 15 days, 5 days, and 1 day before their points expire—encouraging them to redeem their rewards before they’re gone.
  • Welcome Series: Educational and engaging messages sent to new customers to help them get started with Seint.
  • Cart Abandonment: Friendly reminders for customers who added items to their cart but didn’t complete their purchase.
  • Browse Abandonment: Light nudges for those who browsed the site but didn’t add to cart.

These messages are crafted to support your efforts, not replace them, by keeping your customers warm, informed, and ready to purchase.

Fun stat: On the days when expiring points emails have been sent, we’ve seen a 100% increase in the number of Artists who have a customer make a purchase—compared to the daily average for the month of May. In other words, it doubles on those days!


SMS

We’re excited to share that SMS is now live as part of our expanded marketing strategy. This tool allows us to send timely reminders, product tips, and helpful updates directly to customers’ phones. It’s all designed to support your businesses by keeping customers and Artists informed and engaged.

If you’re an Artist who hasn’t yet received the email and would like to subscribe to Seint texts, you can do so using the numbers and/or links below:

When customers reply to SMS messages asking for additional help, we’ll direct them to our Contact Us page. Our team will respond and refer them back to their Artist when appropriate, maintaining a thoughtful and consistent customer journey.

REMINDER: An Artist’s loyalty link remains active until the customer either completes checkout, or clicks on another Artist’s link. If a customer is logged into an account that’s linked to an Artist, their order is automatically credited to that Artist.

To celebrate the SMS launch, we’re running a giveaway for a No. 12 Collection through the end of June! Both Artists and customers can enter, and those who enter will receive bonus entries for following us on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
