Commission Payout System Update

We made an upgrade to our commission payout system on Monday, November 10th. This new system will allow for continued enhancements in the future. As part of this transition, you’ll still see your past total commission amounts, and all order details can be found in the customer section. However, the detailed payout breakdown for past commissions will not be visible once the new system goes live, although we are working hard to make the full breakdown available in the back office over the coming weeks. You’ll continue to see payout breakdowns for all future commissions—just as you always have.

We appreciate your patience as we make this improvement, and we're excited to share that the new and improved back office experience will also be rolling out in the coming weeks! If anything doesn’t look accurate after November 10th, please reach out to ASK right away so we can help.

Please note that the new system operates on Mountain Time (MT). As a result, the end-of-month cutoff will now follow Mountain Time rather than UTC. You can see these new times reflected below:
