Onyx 2027 Reward Trip FAQs

The Seint Reward Trip is awarded to Artists who show up consistently, build meaningful momentum, and demonstrate growth during the six-month qualification period (May 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026). We celebrate those who reach this milestone with a paid trip to beautiful destinations around the world.

Onyx, the 2027 Reward Trip, will take place February 16th - 20th, 2027, at Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa in the Dominican Republic.

Please note: Seint reserves the right to postpone the trip dates due to unforeseen circumstances. All qualifying Artists will be notified in the unlikely event this occurs.

Yes, in the case you have earned two trips that have not been used in the allowed timeframe, you can redeem them for multiple spots on a single trip. Please contact the Seint Events Team at events@seintofficial.com for more details.

Artists have from May 1st, 2026 – October 31st, 2026 to earn the required number of points to qualify for Onyx. Points are earned through personal sales volume (SV).

Points Needed to Qualify:
US: 30,000+ points
Canada: 41,000+ points

Please note: there are no monthly minimum requirements during the qualification period.

Artists must qualify for a trip at least two months in advance. If you do not qualify for a trip in time to attend, you will be able to attend the next trip. Trips will be offered twice so Artists have the opportunity to attend the one that interests them the most, or both.

JetSet 2024 - Qualify by July 31st, 2024
Paradise 2025 - Qualify by December 31, 2024
JetSet 2025 - Qualify by July 31st, 2025

The point system is simple: 1 SV = 1 point

Points are earned through personal sales volume during the qualification period.

Points can be viewed in your Back Office dashboard throughout the qualification period.

You will have two additional opportunities to redeem your trip before the trip expires.

Trip qualifiers will be announced after the qualification period ends (after October 31st, 2026) on the Onyx Reward Trip page on Seint Gallery.

Qualifiers will also be notified by a member of the Seint Events Team once qualification is confirmed. All trip communication will be sent via email. For this reason, it is important to have a valid email address on file with Seint. Please confirm that your email is correct in your Back Office.

To ensure you receive all event communications, add the following email addresses to your approved sender list: events@seintofficial.com and noreply@seintofficial.com.

Onyx will take place at Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa in the Dominican Republic, an all-inclusive resort.

Qualifying Artists will receive:
• A 4-night stay at the resort
• A private room for the Artist
• One complimentary guest
• Airfare credit of $1,000 USD | $1,400 CAD total for the Artist and their guest (Artists attending without a guest will receive a private room + $500 USD | $700 CAD airfare credit)

Additional inclusions:
• Airport transportation between the resort and airport
• Resort dining and beverages
• Artist gifts
• Welcome reception
• Farewell celebration

Artists are responsible for:
• Any airfare costs exceeding the travel credit
• Food and expenses during travel days
• Optional room or resort upgrades
• Optional excursions or activities
• Trip insurance (optional)

Seint Reward Trips are non-transferrable.

All meals and beverages at the resort are included as part of the all-inclusive experience. Artists are responsible for meals and expenses incurred during travel or off the resort property, in addition to any of the Resort speciality restaurants or experiences.

Non Artist guests are welcome to attend at an additional expense. Pricing will be available once registration opens.

Registration details will be sent to qualifying Artists after the qualification period ends. Trip registration will be completed through a secure online website.

Seint will work with you to cancel your trip plans if expenses haven't been incurred. If expenses have been incurred at the time of cancellation, a penalty may apply. We encourage you to be fully committed to attending the trip at the time of registration.

Earned Reward Trips must be used during the scheduled trip timeframe, and cannot be deferred or banked for future years.

In the case of extreme circumstances (such as a serious medical situation or immediate family emergency), Seint may review requests on a case-by-case basis.

JetSet is aboard a Royal Caribbean Cruise and all-inclusive. Upgraded food and beverage options on board the ship will be the responsibility of the Artist. Any food and meals purchased at port cities are not included.

Paradise takes place at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa. Cash will be given to each attendees to go towards food and beverage for the trip.

The “Bonus Trip” is an extra trip Seint added for the fall of 2024 that Artists can start working to earn immediately. The qualification period is a shorter timeframe with Artists needing to qualify within 6 months, instead of the normal 7 months for Level III and IV.

Seint will work with you to cancel your trip plans if expenses have not yet been incurred. If expenses have already been incurred at the time of cancellation, a penalty may apply.

The Reward Trip is intended to recognize Artists’ achievements through a shared experience. If an Artist is unable to attend, the trip cannot be redeemed for cash or another award.

The $1,000 USD/$1,330 CAD will be rewarded within one month of the travel dates through Paylutions. The Artist's airfare for the trip must be submitted to the Seint Events team before the cash will be submitted.

No. Nightly room drop gifts and other items distributed during the trip will not be shipped after the event.

Pregnant women are only allowed to sail if pregnant for 24 completed weeks or less at time of Ship disembarkation. All pregnant women are required to produce a physician's letter stating that mother and baby are in good health and fit to travel, the pregnancy is not high-risk, and the estimated date of delivery.

Participants under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent, or guardian 25 years or older in the same stateroom. Minimum age for sailing will be generally six months.

You will receive up to a $2500 credit to use toward airfare for you and your guest (up to $1250 per person).

Seint Reward Trips are non-transferable.

Each qualifying Artist may bring one complimentary guest. Additional guests may be requested–at an additional cost–depending on resort availability.

Yes. Upgrade and extension requests can be made during the registration process, where you’ll be able to view available options and pricing.

Artists will book their own flights.

Seint will provide the following travel credit:
• $1,000 USD | $1,400 CAD credit total for the Artist and their guest
• Solo Artists will receive $500 USD | $700 CAD travel credit

Flight details will be submitted during trip registration so airport transfers can be arranged.

Seint will arrange complimentary transportation between the airport and the resort during the official trip dates.

Artists traveling outside the official trip dates will be responsible for arranging their own transportation.

Please notify the Events Team as soon as possible at events@seintofficial.com so transportation arrangements can be updated.

Yes. All attendees must have a valid passport to travel to the Dominican Republic. We recommend checking passport expiration dates early, as processing times can vary. Seint does not cover passport or travel documentation costs.

Because unexpected circumstances can arise, our travel partner recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect your personal travel arrangements. More details on recommended insurance options will be provided during the registration process.

Yes. Reward Trips are considered taxable income by the IRS and CRA. If an Artist attends, the trip's value will be included on your 1099 (US) or T4A (Canada) for the year the trip takes place.

The Artist Rewards Program is designed to celebrate Artists at every step throughout their journey as an Artist. With four different levels of rewards, our goal is for every Artist to feel recognized for their hard work, commitment, and contributions.

No, Artists can only qualify for one trip at a time. The Rewards Trip is a single reward- the difference between a Level III and Level IV Reward lies in the upgraded amenities offered for earning more points. If you qualify for a Level III Reward and later earn enough points to meet the Level IV criteria, your trip will be upgraded to the Level IV Reward with enhanced amenities. Once you have qualified for a Level III or Level IV Reward, your qualification criteria will reset, allowing you to start working toward earning another trip reward at the Level III or Level IV level.

There are (3) Level 1 rewards you can earn in a calendar year. Level 2, 3, 4 rewards are earned based on rolling qualifications. The number of rewards earned are dependent on the Artist and the time frame in which they achieve qualifications.

Rolling qualifications mean there is not a set time period in order to qualify. The qualification period is personal to the individual, and is triggered when the Artist meets the monthly minimum criteria for the first time.

For example: If an Artist achieved 1500 points for the first time in March, she will have five more months (April, May, June, July, August) to achieve the qualification criteria for Level 2 in order to earn the reward.

Points are locked in on the 10th of each month, and will not be affected after that. If a new Artist signs up and cancels before the 10th of the following month, then you will not receive new Artist sign up points. If an active direct cancels before the 10th of the following month, then those points will be lost.

If an Artist does not meet the qualification criteria in the qualification period, their qualification period will reset and then can continue working towards earning a reward.

Points are calculated on CV, and will correspond with your monthly CV. If a return is made, you will see a CV deduction in the month the return is processed in.

If an Artist qualifies for a reward sooner than the qualification period comes to an end, they must wait until the conclusion of the qualification period until they begin earning their next reward.

Yes! The Rewards are designed to build off each other and can be earned simultaneously. If you meet the monthly criteria for each level in a single month, the points earned will count towards the qualification for all rewards.

Points can be viewed in your back office, beginning March 1st, 2024.

No more than 10 active Level 1 direct Artists per month will count towards qualifications.

Level 1 rewards will be sent out automatically at the end of the qualification period.

For Level 2, 3, 4 rewards, you will be contacted by a Seint team member at the beginning of the month with further instructions on selecting and redeeming your reward.

Yes, if you met Level 1, 2, 3, 4 qualification criteria in January it will trigger the start of your qualification period and count towards earning the rewards. If you didn’t, you can start earning today!

No, rewards are not redeemable for cash. However, one of the Level 2 rewards is a $500 gift card if you select that option.

The Beauty Bonus is $150 Seint in-store credit. The in-store credit expires after six months (October 2024) so be sure to use it before that time!

The $500 will be a direct deposit into your Paylutions account. The equivalent of $665 CAD will be paid out to Canadian Artists if that option is selected for Level 2.

Tickets to Disneyland range from $100- $200 per ticket depending on when you go, what parks you want to visit, and how many days you attend. Seint will send you a $500 Disney gift card to use how you would like in planning your Disney vacation.

The budget for food for Maui is $250 per person for the whole trip.

Qualifiers will be contacted via email at the end of the qualification period with further details on how to redeem their reward! After commissions and reward qualifications are finalized after the 10th of the following month, your Reward will be sent to you.

Level II Reward gift requests must be submitted by the 18TH at 11:59pm, MDT- once qualifications have been verified. We will not be able to accept any submissions after this date.

If an Artist does not submit their gift choice by the required date, they will be able to submit their choice the following month. If an Artist does not submit their choice after 3 months, they will forfeit their gift.
