What is the Seint Reward Trip?

The Seint Reward Trip is awarded to Artists who have pushed through their personal limits during the six month qualification period (May 1, 2023 - October 31, 2023). Seint awards those Artists who achieve these goals with a paid trip to beautiful locations around the world. Reward is more than just a trip- it is an opportunity to meet your fellow Seint sisters -including Cara herself- bond, collaborate, and relax in paradise.

When is the Seint Reward Trip?

The Reward Trip will take place Monday, April 1 - Saturday, April 6, 2024 at the Atelier Playa Mujeres in Cancun, Mexico. Please note: Seint reserves the right to postpone the trip date due to unforeseen circumstances; all qualifying Artists will be notified in this unlikely event.

Is the Atelier Playa Mujeres an adults only resort?

Yes. If you have extenuating circumstances regarding this matter, please contact us at events@seintofficial.com.

How can I earn the Reward Trip?

Artists have from May 1, 2023 - October 31, 2023 to earn a minimum of 25,000 points to qualify for Watercolor. There are three ways to earn points: personal sales, rank advancements, and paid rank. Artists can see the points they've earned in their back office. Artists must earn a minimum of 3,500 points five out of the six months in order to qualify. There’s no “limited seating” at Watercolor; all Artists who earn at least 25,000 points and meet the minimum monthly points will qualify to attend!

Why do Artist VII, VIII, IX, and X receive more points for paid rank?

With the recent merge of the Leadership Summit and Reward Trips being combined into one trip, more points have been allotted for the paid rank of Artist VII and above to account for those leadership roles within the company.

How can I track my points?

Points can be viewed in your back office.

Why did my points not update if I advanced rank?

Rank advancement points will be applied the following month on the 10th, when the commission cycle is committed for the month you advance to rank.

How do I know if I have earned a Reward Trip?

Trip Qualifiers will be announced at the end of the qualification period on the Watercolor Reward Trip page on Seint Gallery. You will also be notified by a member of the Seint Events Team when you have earned the trip. All trip communication will be done via email. For this reason, it is important to have a valid email address on file with Seint, so be sure to check that yours is correct in your back office. To ensure you are getting our emails, be sure to add events@seintofficial.com to your whitelist (approved sender list) so you don’t miss out on important event details; sometimes our emails end up in your Spam/Junk folders.

What is not included in my trip?

Watercolor takes place at the beautiful all-inclusive resort, Atelier Playa Mujeres in Cancun, Mexico. Accommodations, transportation to and from the airport and resort, beaches, pool, dining options, select activities and entertainment, WiFi, group activities, and dinners are all included.

Artists are responsible for their own airfare, food while traveling, trip insurance (optional), room upgrades (optional) and any extracurricular activities outside what Seint is hosting (optional).

What meals are included?

All meals and drinks at the resort (including alcoholic beverages) are covered. Artists are responsible for all meals and other expenses incurred during travel or off the resort.

If I select the cash trip option, when and how will I receive the money?

The $1,000 USD/$1,330 CAD will be rewarded within a month of the travel dates through Paylutions, after the Artist's airfare for the trip has been submitted to their registration.

Can I wait to redeem my trip at a later date?

Artists earn the trip for the year they have qualified. Only in the case of a birth, death, or extreme medical condition of an immediate family member will the Artist’s earned trip be postponed to the following year. Trips can only be postponed one year. In addition, the trip can only be postponed if expenses have not been incurred by Seint for that Artist’s trip.

How do I register for the trip?

Registration information is gathered through a secure, online website after the qualification period is over.

Can I cancel my trip if my plans have changed?

Seint will work with you to cancel your trip plans if expenses haven't been incurred. If expenses have been incurred at the time of cancellation, a penalty may apply. We encourage you to be fully committed to attending the trip at the time of registration.

Can I redeem my trip for cash?

The Reward Trip is a valuable way in which we recognize Artists' achievements. If any Artist is unable to attend the Reward Trip is not redeemable for cash or any alternate award.

Will Artists receive the trip gift if they are unable to attend?

Yes! All qualifying Artists will receive the trip gift prior to the trip. However, room drops- and all other gifts given during the trip- will not be sent out post-trip for those not attending.

Can I transfer my trip to someone else?

Seint reward trips are non-transferrable.

Can I bring additional family members or guests?

Artists have the option to bring one complimentary guest. Pricing for additional family members or guests is available upon request. Guests cannot be another Independent Seint Artist. Guests must be at least 16 years of age.

Is my additional guests payment refundable?

Please note that regardless of the circumstance, payment for your additional guest is non-refundable after the specified cancellation deadlines outlined on the trip website.

Can I upgrade my room or extend my stay?

Yes! Please contact Seint Events at events@seintofficial.com for pricing, options, and more information.

How does airfare work?

Artists will be responsible for booking their own flights to Cancun, Mexico. Please make your flight arrangements to arrive/depart from the main international airport in Cancun (Cancun International Airport). Group arrival date is Monday, April 1, 2024; we recommend arriving no later than 4 PM. The group departure date is Saturday, April 6, 2024.

We ask that you add your flight details to your registration to ensure your transportation is arranged. Once we receive your flight itinerary, we will book a transfer on your behalf. If you book your flights beyond the group dates, you are responsible for booking your own transportation between the airport and the hotel.

When should I book my airfare?

We recommend booking your airfare as soon as you are able to. Flight costs increase as you book them closer to the dates of travel

How does transportation to and from the airport work?

Seint will arrange complimentary transportation to and from the airport and resort during the trip dates (see “How does airfare work?” above). If an Artist plans on traveling outside the trip dates, they will be responsible for their own transportation arrangements.

What happens if I miss my flight?

Please let us know via email if your flight plans have changed so we can update your transportation accordingly.

Will I need a passport?

Yes! All attendees will need passports to attend. Citizens of all countries need to provide documentation for themselves. Keep in mind, obtaining a passport takes time. We encourage all participants to look into how long it takes to get a passport now, and especially after officially qualifying for the Reward trip. More information on how to obtain a passport can be found online or at your local post office. Seint will not cover any passport/documentation costs.

Can I purchase trip insurance?

Because unforeseen circumstances may arise, our travel partner- Morris Meetings and Incentives- recommends that you purchase travel insurance to protect any personal travel arrangements you may make or medical situations your health insurance may not cover while away from home. We suggest you consult your insurance provider to determine what coverage you will have while traveling.

They recommend Arch RoamRight’s® Pro Plus Plan, which includes coverage for trip delay, emergency medical treatment or evacuation, lost, stolen, or damaged baggage, or baggage delay. The plan also includes non-insurance services of Worldwide Emergency Assistance supported by UnitedHealthcare Global. Be watching for more information on to purchase a travel insurance plan.

What happens if I don’t get my room drop items during the trip?

During Reward trips, Seint does nightly room drop gifts. We highly recommend making sure you have received all of the items given before you leave, as we are unable to send any that were missed post-event. We will have a Seint Events team concierge desk at the hotel where any missed room drop items can be picked up before the trip is over.

What is the Seint Reward Trip?

The Seint Reward Trip is awarded to Artists who show up consistently, build meaningful momentum, and demonstrate growth during the six-month qualification period (May 1, 2026 – October 31, 2026). We celebrate those who reach this milestone with a paid trip to beautiful destinations around the world.

When is the Seint Reward Trip?

Onyx, the 2027 Reward Trip, will take place February 16th - 20th, 2027, at Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa in the Dominican Republic.

Please note: Seint reserves the right to postpone the trip dates due to unforeseen circumstances. All qualifying Artists will be notified in the unlikely event this occurs.

Can I redeem two trips earned at the same time?

Yes, in the case you have earned two trips that have not been used in the allowed timeframe, you can redeem them for multiple spots on a single trip. Please contact the Seint Events Team at events@seintofficial.com for more details.

How can I earn the Reward Trip?

Artists have from May 1st, 2026 – October 31st, 2026 to earn the required number of points to qualify for Onyx. Points are earned through personal sales volume (SV).

Points Needed to Qualify:
US: 30,000+ points
Canada: 41,000+ points

Please note: there are no monthly minimum requirements during the qualification period.

When do I need to qualify in order to attend a specific trip?

Artists must qualify for a trip at least two months in advance. If you do not qualify for a trip in time to attend, you will be able to attend the next trip. Trips will be offered twice so Artists have the opportunity to attend the one that interests them the most, or both.

How does the point system work?

The point system is simple: 1 SV = 1 point

How long can I bank my trips until they expire?

You will have two additional opportunities to redeem your trip before the trip expires.

How do I know if I have earned the Reward Trip?

Trip qualifiers will be announced after the qualification period ends (after October 31st, 2026) on the Onyx Reward Trip page on Seint Gallery.

Qualifiers will also be notified by a member of the Seint Events Team once qualification is confirmed. All trip communication will be sent via email. For this reason, it is important to have a valid email address on file with Seint. Please confirm that your email is correct in your Back Office.

What is included in my trip?

Onyx will take place at Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa in the Dominican Republic, an all-inclusive resort.

Qualifying Artists will receive:
• A 4-night stay at the resort
• A private room for the Artist
• One complimentary guest
• Airfare credit of $1,000 USD | $1,400 CAD total for the Artist and their guest (Artists attending without a guest will receive a private room + $500 USD | $700 CAD airfare credit)

Additional inclusions:
• Airport transportation between the resort and airport
• Resort dining and beverages
• Artist gifts
• Welcome reception
• Farewell celebration

What is not included in my trip?

Artists are responsible for:
• Any airfare costs exceeding the travel credit
• Food and expenses during travel days
• Optional room or resort upgrades
• Optional excursions or activities
• Trip insurance (optional)

Can I transfer my trip to someone else?

Seint Reward Trips are non-transferrable.

What meals are included?

All meals and beverages at the resort are included as part of the all-inclusive experience. Artists are responsible for meals and expenses incurred during travel or off the resort property, in addition to any of the Resort speciality restaurants or experiences.

Can I bring additional family members or guests?

Non Artist guests are welcome to attend at an additional expense. Pricing will be available once registration opens.

How do I redeem my trip?

Registration details will be sent to qualifying Artists after the qualification period ends. Trip registration will be completed through a secure online website.

Can I cancel my trip if my plans have changed?

Seint will work with you to cancel your trip plans if expenses haven't been incurred. If expenses have been incurred at the time of cancellation, a penalty may apply. We encourage you to be fully committed to attending the trip at the time of registration.

Can I upgrade my room or extend my stay?

Can I redeem my trip at a later date?

Earned Reward Trips must be used during the scheduled trip timeframe, and cannot be deferred or banked for future years.

In the case of extreme circumstances (such as a serious medical situation or immediate family emergency), Seint may review requests on a case-by-case basis.

What meals are included on Paradise and JetSet?

JetSet is aboard a Royal Caribbean Cruise and all-inclusive. Upgraded food and beverage options on board the ship will be the responsibility of the Artist. Any food and meals purchased at port cities are not included.

Paradise takes place at the beautiful Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa. Cash will be given to each attendees to go towards food and beverage for the trip.

What is the difference between the Level III and IV trip and the Bonus trip for 2024?

The “Bonus Trip” is an extra trip Seint added for the fall of 2024 that Artists can start working to earn immediately. The qualification period is a shorter timeframe with Artists needing to qualify within 6 months, instead of the normal 7 months for Level III and IV.

Can I cancel my trip if my plans change?

Seint will work with you to cancel your trip plans if expenses have not yet been incurred. If expenses have already been incurred at the time of cancellation, a penalty may apply.

Can I redeem my trip for cash?

The Reward Trip is intended to recognize Artists’ achievements through a shared experience. If an Artist is unable to attend, the trip cannot be redeemed for cash or another award.

For the Level III Reward, if I select the cash trip option, when and how will I receive the money?

The $1,000 USD/$1,330 CAD will be rewarded within one month of the travel dates through Paylutions. The Artist's airfare for the trip must be submitted to the Seint Events team before the cash will be submitted.

Will Artists receive the trip gift if they are unable to attend?

No. Nightly room drop gifts and other items distributed during the trip will not be shipped after the event.

Can pregnant women attend the JetSet 2024/2025 trips?

Pregnant women are only allowed to sail if pregnant for 24 completed weeks or less at time of Ship disembarkation. All pregnant women are required to produce a physician's letter stating that mother and baby are in good health and fit to travel, the pregnancy is not high-risk, and the estimated date of delivery.

Participants under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent, grandparent, or guardian 25 years or older in the same stateroom. Minimum age for sailing will be generally six months.

What is the budget for the Reward Level IV Airfare?

You will receive up to a $2500 credit to use toward airfare for you and your guest (up to $1250 per person).

Can I transfer my trip to someone else?

Seint Reward Trips are non-transferable.

Can I bring additional family members or guests?

Each qualifying Artist may bring one complimentary guest. Additional guests may be requested–at an additional cost–depending on resort availability.

Can I upgrade my room or extend my stay?

Yes. Upgrade and extension requests can be made during the registration process, where you’ll be able to view available options and pricing.

How does airfare work?

Artists will book their own flights.

Seint will provide the following travel credit:
• $1,000 USD | $1,400 CAD credit total for the Artist and their guest
• Solo Artists will receive $500 USD | $700 CAD travel credit

Flight details will be submitted during trip registration so airport transfers can be arranged.

How does transportation to and from the airport work?

Seint will arrange complimentary transportation between the airport and the resort during the official trip dates.

Artists traveling outside the official trip dates will be responsible for arranging their own transportation.

What happens if my flight plans change?

Please notify the Events Team as soon as possible at events@seintofficial.com so transportation arrangements can be updated.

Will I need a passport?

Yes. All attendees must have a valid passport to travel to the Dominican Republic. We recommend checking passport expiration dates early, as processing times can vary. Seint does not cover passport or travel documentation costs.

Can I purchase travel insurance?

Because unexpected circumstances can arise, our travel partner recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect your personal travel arrangements. More details on recommended insurance options will be provided during the registration process.

Are qualifying Artists taxed on the Reward?

Yes. Reward Trips are considered taxable income by the IRS and CRA. If an Artist attends, the trip's value will be included on your 1099 (US) or T4A (Canada) for the year the trip takes place.
