Seint Top Sellers Event Recap + Program Overview

Last week, we had the opportunity to host our Top 25 Selling Affiliates for an in-person event. It was a meaningful few days filled with connection, conversation, and shared vision.

While the trip itself was designed as a reward and experience for those Artists, we also shared valuable insight at the corporate level. On a broader scale, we wanted to share a recap with our entire Seint community, along with clarity around how the Seint Top Sellers Group (Top 25) works, and how Artists can continue working toward this milestone. Keep reading for more insights!

Overview

The Top Seller Event created space for in-person conversation, corporate insights, and discussion around where Seint is headed. We will continue building a brand that is sustainable and community-centered, with a refocus on our mission statement:

Beauty connects us.
Everything we do and everything we create is based on what we believe in:
That beauty matters.
That helping others look beautiful is nice,
But helping them believe they are beautiful is life changing.
Beauty is not our creation;
Beauty is our passion.

There was also an emphasis on shifting away from a discount-driven mindset. This includes being more intentional about when and how promotions are offered, while moving away from conditioning customers to wait for discounts in order to purchase–or repurchase–products.

Instead, Seint is moving toward:
/ Promotions that feel elevated and intentional
/ Black Friday becoming the biggest sale of the year
/ Boxing Day shifting to a promotion, not a sale
/ Warehouse sales when needed (may not happen every year)
/ Fewer, more thoughtful product releases that feel purposeful and meaningful to our line

At a high level, other conversations focused on:
/ The importance of simplifying the customer experience
/ Being more intentional with releases, promotions, and messaging
/ Creating stronger alignment between Artists and corporate

These conversations were about exploring ideas and direction–not making final decisions. The goal was to listen, collaborate, and keep shaping the future of Seint together.

We hope gatherings like this continue to strengthen the meaningful connections many of us value within the Seint community, and inspire Artists by showing what’s possible as they build consistency and momentum over time.

How the Seint Top Sellers Group Works

The Seint Top Sellers Group is designed to reflect current sales performance, while also allowing flexibility as performance changes throughout the year. It’s a group where we stay closely connected, mostly through Telegram, with our top 25 sellers. From time to time, we also host Zoom calls to connect more directly, share what’s coming, and hear feedback.

Here’s how it works:
/ Sales totals are pulled twice a year: in January and July.
/ At each reset the Top 25 Artists—at that time—will be invited into the Telegram group for the next six months.
/ Every two months, we’ll check for any changes.
/ If an Artist’s sales move them into the Top 25 during that time, they’ll be added mid-cycle based on the most recent sales report
/ This means there may occasionally be more than 25 artists in the group at one time
/ No one will be removed mid-cycle—we only add new Artists if someone leapfrogs into the Top 25.

For example:
We reset the list this month in January using sales from July–December. We’ll do our next mid-cycle check in March using sales from July–February. Anyone who’s moved into the top 25 by then will be added to the group. We’ll check again two months later (in May) using sales from July–April to see if there are any new updates.

Each reset creates a new opportunity to earn your place, and the structure is designed to reflect current momentum rather than past performance alone.

Looking Ahead

This Top Sellers trip was about strengthening connection and realigning with our shared goals. While the experience itself is reserved for those who earn it, the heart of it reflects what we want for the entire Seint community: clarity, intention, collaboration, and purposeful growth.

We’re grateful for all our Artists across our community who show up with consistency and care, and we’re excited to keep finding meaningful ways to learn and stay connected.

As we look ahead, we wanted to share a short recap from the event as a reflection of the connection and intention that continue to shape our community.
