Rewards Tracker Temporarily Disabled

We’re reaching out with some updates about the Rewards Tracker in your Back Office. To eliminate ongoing confusion- and to ensure the tracker is ready for the set qualification period starting in July 2025- the tracker is being temporarily disabled. Please refer to this Seint Gallery Article addressing the Rewards Program set qualification period update.

But don’t worry— you can still easily track your progress! Just keep an eye on your total monthly SV (Sales Volume) in your back office.

Here are the two ways to earn points:
•1 SV = 1 point
•A new Artist who signs up and sells or purchases $50 USD | $70 CAD in the first month of sign up = 500 points

We’ve attached a simple tracker you can use to mark your progress along the way. Click HERE to access it.

The Seint Events Team will notify you of any reward you’ve qualified for after the 10th of every month, and will provide further instructions on how to redeem your reward.

We’re so excited about this shift, and we can’t wait to reintroduce the Rewards Tracker on July 1, 2025, when we transition to the set qualification period. In the meantime, this is your time to shine, and we’re here to cheer you on every step of the way!
