Rewards Points Update

The Rewards Program point values have been updated to reflect the transition to SV, as CV is no longer being used under the new affiliate model.

In the US, points have been adjusted by approximately 0.70, while in Canada, they have been adjusted by 1.33, ensuring alignment with our SV values company wide.

Points earned in months prior to October have been “locked in.” Meaning, if you’ve already hit a monthly point minimum for a reward using the CV point system, those qualifications will still count as they did before. We understand that the new SV totals are higher. To assist with this transition, we are adjusting qualifying sales points from months before October to reflect the higher SV values. We will calculate the difference between your previous CV points and the new SV points.

This difference will be added as a one-time "bonus" to your October points. These bonus points are intended to help make up the gap in your SV total. You can expect to see the updated points reflected in your tracker by November 11th at the latest.
