Artist Programs
A New Chapter Begins Today
October 01, 2024
Dear Artists,
Today marks a monumental step forward as we officially transition to Seint's Affiliate Program. This moment represents a fresh beginning, filled with new opportunities to continue sharing our mission in exciting ways. As we move ahead, let's embrace this shift with optimism, knowing that we are better positioned than ever to inspire beauty, both inside and out.
Here are a few key points to note as of today, October 1st:
New Commissions Structure
You'll now earn a base commission of 25% on personal sales, with the opportunity to increase it up to 45% based on performance. Top performers in the program are also eligible for a bonus linked to overall company sales. Plus, you'll continue earning from purchases made by your former Level 1 Artists or any customer who becomes an Affiliate.
Please make note the new 25% affiliate commission rate will not appear in your back office until after the special commission payout on October 4th. However, the new plan is in effect, and all sales as of Oct 1st. earn the new increased commission rate.

Artist Discount
Receive a 25% discount on qualifying Seint products, an increase from the previous 20%!
Affiliate Membership
Seint Artist Affiliates will no longer incur monthly back office fees. Existing Artists will only be charged an annual fee of $35 USD or $50 CAD, which will automatically renew starting on October 1, 2025.
In your back office, you'll be prompted to sign the updated Artist Agreement for the Affiliate Program. Please make sure to sign it by October 31st.
To maintain your status as a Seint Artist Affiliate, you must achieve $500 USD | $700 CAD in customer sales over a six-month period. Existing Artists have until March 1st, 2025 to hit this requirement. Rest assured, no accounts will be deactivated until we confirm that this requirement works well for the majority of our Artists.
Affiliate Links + Acquisition
As part of the Artist Affiliate Program, customer referrals will continue to function as they do currently. Each Artist will have their personal website link for use.
In addition, every Artist will also receive a unique loyalty link. This link will be easily accessible by logging into your account under the Loyalty Program. Similar to a party link, the loyalty link ensures that you receive credit for any purchases made through it, regardless of which Artist the customer’s account is linked to.
Loyalty Program
You and your customers now have access to our exciting Loyalty Program, where you can earn points and exclusive rewards. Curious to see how it works? Learn more about the Loyalty Program HERE.
Affiliate Program FAQs
Can you explain the $500 requirement over six months? Is it a rolling six months or within any six-month period?
The $500 qualification is rolling. Here’s an example:
If we're in October:
October: $75
September: $50
August: $100
July: $25
June: $175
May: $75
Total = $500
When November starts, May falls off:
November: $XXX
October: $75
September: $50
August: $100
July: $25
June: $175
May: $75
Total = $425, so you'd need $75 in November to meet the $500 rolling sales requirement.
Why can’t we earn commissions on our own purchases? We should be able to be our best customer!
The goal of the commission structure is to reward you for growing your customer base and sharing Seint with others. While we understand that many of us love the products and might feel like our own best customers, the system is designed to encourage building relationships and expanding your reach. You still benefit from discounted pricing as an Artist, but commissions are focused on sales to new and existing customers to support overall growth.
Can we earn the share bonus if we aren’t an Artist 6? Is it possible to be promoted from Artist 4 to Artist 5 and work up to Artist 6?
No, the share bonus or bonus pool is only available to those who have achieved Artist 6 or higher for a specific month. Each month, your commission bracket resets, meaning you'll need to meet the qualifications for your current rank again. However, as you grow your customer base and sales, you can work your way up each sales bracket to become eligible for the bonus pool.
I understand that the affiliate fee is paid annually. If our affiliate link is canceled at the 6-month mark, will half of the yearly fee be refunded?
No, the annual fee is a one-time, non-refundable payment. It covers your participation for the year, but if your account is canceled for any reason, at any point during the year, the fee will not be refunded.
For existing customers who were not 'assigned' to me, how can I ensure I receive commission on their orders without providing them a referral link?
To receive commission on an order from a customer not established with you as the Artist, they must use your loyalty link. A customer can email us and request to have their account moved to you as the Artist.
As an Artist, should we still see our previous mentor as our affiliate when placing personal orders?
Yes, under the new commission structure, your referring Artist (previous upline) continues to receive commission on your purchases. This system is designed so that if your current customers become affiliates, you won’t lose them—you'll simply be capped at a 25% earning potential on their individual purchases.
Am I correct in understanding that recurring customers don’t need to use our link—they can simply log in, and their orders will still be connected to our account?
Yes, exactly. Your customers can continue to purchase as usual, and your original shopping link still works the same way. Although, the loyalty link will take priority over any replicated site link, regardless of which account their purchase is associated with.
How do we now receive the 5th paycheck each month?
If you qualify as an Artist II or higher, you’ll earn a monthly bonus on top of the 25% commission that is paid out weekly.
Having two links feels confusing, why do we need both?
Currently, having two separate links is the best solution for our system. If a customer’s account is already linked to you, they don’t need to use a specific link—any purchases will automatically credit you as their associated artist. However, if their account isn’t linked to you, providing them with your loyalty link ensures you’ll be receiving credit for their purchases.
Is it against policy for artists to create customer accounts for themselves?
Yes, this practice is considered bonus buying and is against our policy. Creating customer accounts for personal use undermines the integrity of our system and can distort the commission structure. To maintain fairness and transparency, artists should not create accounts for themselves, as this can lead to unintended consequences for the entire community. We encourage artists to engage with customers directly through the proper channels.
I have a question about bonus buying. Previously, we could pay full price for our personal purchases and forgo the artist discount to earn rewards and potentially increase our commissions. Is that option still available through a customer account?
No, placing personal orders solely to qualify for rank advancement, commissions, or bonuses that aren’t driven by actual customer sales is still considered bonus buying and is against policy.
My customers never ordered directly through their account—they always used my party link. What do they need to do now?
If their account is tied to you as their Artist, nothing changes. Once they log in, they’ll automatically shop with you. However, if their account isn’t linked to you and they’ve only used your party link in the past, make sure to provide them with your loyalty link to ensure you continue receiving credit for their purchases.
Can I view my referred Artists in my back office?
Yes! Affiliates can download a CSV file from the customers page and easily filter it to show Artists only.
Thank you for being a part of this exciting new chapter—we’re here to support you every step of the way!
